OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 (ONE THOUSAND RUPEES).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tirumala Rest Houses, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tirumala Rest Houses regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
